This study proposes a method to optimize parking lot revenue while ensuring that occupancy does not exceed 100% in an O2O (online-to-offline) platform-based parking management system. To address the issue of lead time resulting from the difference between the time of sale and the time of entry, we introduce a dynamic parking permit sales model using Deep Q-Networks (DQN), a type of reinforcement learning. The proposed model determines whether to sell parking permits every hour by observing the parking environment, occupancy, and the number of permits sold. The reward structure includes both immediate and delayed rewards, and a backtracking mechanism is implemented to impose penalties by tracking when the permit that caused the occupancy to exceed the limit was sold. Numerical analysis shows that the proposed model is effective in reducing congestion and enhancing profitability compared to the continuous sales method.

This study investigates South Korea"s ascent to becoming a global leader in the electronics industry, focusing on the strategic framework that facilitated its success. It emphasizes the significance of government policies, R&D investments, and the cultivation of a skilled workforce in driving Korea"s industrial evolution. Furthermore, the study examines Uzbekistan"s industrial landscape, evaluating the current state of its electronics sector, and identifying key players, manufacturing capabilities, and market potential. It addresses the challenges Uzbekistan faces, such as inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of skilled labor, and technological gaps. Additionally, the study explores how Uzbekistan can adopt Korea"s strategic model, highlighting potential benefits like job creation, export growth, and overall economic development. Case studies of significant South Korean investments in Uzbekistan illustrate the advantages of adopting such a model. By leveraging its resources and commitment to economic diversification, Uzbekistan can strengthen its position in the global electronics market. The study"s findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and researchers focused on the potential for industrial transformation in Uzbekistan.

어떻게 조직은 환경의 변화에 따라 순응하고 동형화하는 동시에 경쟁 환경에서 차별화하는가? 이상의 질문에 대한 근거를 제시하기 위해서, 본 연구는 대학 조직에서 산학협력 활동의 지역 내 그리고 지역간 동형성 수준의 차이를 확인하는 것에 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해서 산학협력과 관련한 조직구조 및 지역산업의 특성을 반영한 산학협력 활동 등을 광범위하게 보여주는 Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation (LINC) 3.0에 참여한 전국 4년제 75개 대학에서 제출한 보고서를 전처리 작업을 진행하고, 학교 단위별로 보고서를 트랜스포머(Transformer) 기반의 SBERT(Sentence-BERT)와 한국어 튜닝버전인 KoSBERT를 활용하여 임베딩 작업을 진행한 뒤, 대학간 임베딩 벡터의 유사성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 일반적으로 대학의 산학협력 활동은 높은 수준의 유사성을 보이는 것을 확인하였다. 흥미롭게도 동일 광역자치단체 그리고 권역에 위치한 대학들간의 산학협력의 유사성은 그렇지 않은 대학들간의 유사성보다 통계적으로 높은 것을 확인하였다. 또한 이상의 결과는 임베딩 방식과 무관하게 일관된 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 제도주의 이론이 설명하고 있는 조직이 제도적 정당성과 차별화를 추구하는 과정에서 발생하는 전략적 균형의 딜레마에 대한 이해를 확대하는데 공헌할 것으로 예상한다. 또한 본 연구는 대학의 활동과 관련한 보고서를 활용하여 정량화할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다는 점에서도 공헌을 할 수 있을 것으로 예상한다.

This paper presents the Weight-Sequence (W-S) model as a new approach to strategic management, emphasizing the deliberate weighting and sequencing of actions to reshape the pattern of competition. Unlike traditional strategies that focus on the possession and utilization of unique resources or capabilities as argued in theories such as the Resource-Based View (RBV) of the firm, the W-S model advocates for the dynamic orchestration of the available resources in a carefully planned way to maximize their impact. This paper also develops the operationalization of the W-S model through the step-by-step strategies of 4B-Beat, Build, Broaden, and Bridge-illustrating how nations and organizations can enhance their competitiveness by strategically deploying their resources. By synthesizing historical precedents and contemporary practices, this paper shows that the W-S model, with its focus on the optimum allocation of resources with proper sequences, by adopting 4B strategies, can offer a robust framework for achieving sustainable competitive advantage.

이 연구는 부동산 투자금융기관, 개발자, 건설사, 신탁회사 및 자산 운용사 등을 위한부동산 시장 예측과 투자 자산의 운영수익 극대화를 위해 No Code AI 활용 방안을 탐구했다. 디지털 전환 시대와 AI 도입이 부동산 산업에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 컴퓨터 비전문가도 쉽게 AI 를 활용할 수 있는 No Code 기반을 활용하고자 하였다.
연구는 먼저 코딩 기술의 한계를 논의했다. 과거 비주얼 베이직이 복잡한 분석 도구의 요구사항을 충족하지 못했던 사례와 같이, No Code AI 도 세밀한 분석 도구를 만드는 데 한계가 있다. 또한, 개인정보 3 법(개인정보 보호법, 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률, 신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률)으로 인해 데이터를 활용하는 데 제약이 따른다. 이는 AI 분석에 필요한 대량의 데이터를 확보하고 활용하는 데 큰 걸림돌로 작용할 수 있다.
연구는 SER-M 모델을 적용하여 부동산 관련기업의 No Code AI 의 전략적 도입 방안을 모색했다. 이를 통해 부동산 도메인 전문가와 IT 전문가 간의 협업을 강화하고, 인프라를 최적화하며, 신속하고 효율적인 문제 해결을 가능하게 했다. No Code AI 도구를 통해 비전문가도 복잡한 데이터 분석과 예측을 수행할 수 있어, 부동산 시장의 변동성을 정확하게 예측하고, 투자 전략을 최적화할 수 있었다.
향후 연구에서는 No Code AI 의 적용 범위를 확대하고, 다양한 사례를 통해 그 효과성을 검증하는 작업이 필요하다. 특히, 개인정보 보호와 관련된 법적 제약을 극복할 수 있는 방안과 더 정밀한 분석 도구 개발에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 또한, 부동산 도메인 전문가들이 제시한 AI 활용방안과 요구사항에 대한 추가 연구도 필요하다.
결론적으로, No Code AI 는 부동산 시장에서 혁신적인 도구로 자리매김할 수 있는 잠재력을 가지고 있으며, 이 연구는 부동산 시장의 효율성과 투명성을 높이고, AI 를 활용한 데이터 기반의 부동산 투자체계 구축에 활용되어 투자 성과를 극대화하는 데 기여할 것이다.
